- Select West Bengal.
- Open the Driving Licence menu.
- Choose Print Driving Licence when enabled.
- Enter the application/DL identifier and DOB named on the screen.
- Complete verification and save the result.
West Bengal's Transport Department publishes its own licence journey, including application details, document upload and Aadhaar e-KYC effects on photo/signature steps. Those are application attributes, not permission for an anonymous download.
If the issued DL cannot be fetched, check approval and source-record matching. For old WB licences, ask the issuing RTO about digitisation instead of applying again.
