Haryana proof checked 23 September 2026: Haryana Transport publishes an official DL and LL Related Online Services directory that includes application submission and application-status routes into Sarathi. Use that directory as the state verification layer and Sarathi/DigiLocker for the actual issued document.
Haryana-specific fallback: if an HR licence is not found, confirm the issuing authority and use Haryana Transport's licence page or the concerned licensing authority. SARAL Haryana is a state service platform, but the page must link only to a currently listed DL service—not imply that every SARAL record is a downloadable licence.

For an issued Haryana licence, select Haryana in Sarathi and use an available Print DL service, or fetch the issuer-provided record through DigiLocker.
Steps
- Select Haryana.
- Open Driving Licence.
- Choose Print Driving Licence or the relevant Services on DL route.
- Enter the identifier and DOB named on that screen.
- Complete verification and save the document.
Use Haryana DL Status for the condition of an issued licence. If a renewal/duplicate/new-DL request is pending, use application status instead.

HR Record Not Found
Check every leading zero and the issuing RTO code. A mobile number is not a substitute for the licence identifier. Old paper records can require digitisation by the Haryana licensing authority before DigiLocker or mParivahan can retrieve them.
Does a downloaded copy order a smart card?
No. Digital access and physical-card replacement are separate services.
