Chhattisgarh-specific fallback: select the actual CG service and issuing RTO. Do not reuse a vehicle-registration document list for a driving-licence request; the CG portal contains similarly named RC and DL pages.

- Enter the requested identifier and DOB.
- Complete verification and save the official output.

If the CG record is missing, verify issuing RTO and DOB, then contact the authority about digitisation. Do not upload the DL to an unofficial “conversion” service.
