The Delhi Transport Department links official Sarathi services for applications, payment status, document upload, pending-application completion, appointments and service withdrawal. Start with Application Status using the application number and DOB.

- Payment pending after debit: use Check Payment Status before paying again.
- Document objection: use Upload Document/Re-upload for the same application.
- Appointment pending: book or retrieve the appointment connected with the application.
- Incomplete transaction: use Complete Your Pending Application.
- Wrong/abandoned duplicate transaction: review Service Withdraw or contact the authority.
- Approved but no PDF: wait for source update, then fetch DigiLocker; track printing separately.
The “DL” prefix in a Delhi licence is not an application number. Use Delhi DL Download only after issue/approval.
Why is the application pending at RTO?
It can be awaiting scrutiny, test-result entry or officer approval. Check objections first; if none appear and the stage is stale, contact the processing zonal office with the application number and date.
