Do Not Confuse These Identifiers
- Application number: tracks new DL, renewal, duplicate, correction or another transaction.
- DL number: identifies the issued licence record.
- Consignment number: tracks the dispatched physical card.
If the application number is missing, check the acknowledgement, fee receipt and official SMS, then use Find Application Number under Others when available.
