For an Andhra Pradesh DL, first try the official Sarathi service after selecting Andhra Pradesh. If Print Driving Licence is not available for the record, fetch the issuer-provided DL through DigiLocker or add it as a Virtual DL in mParivahan.

- Select Andhra Pradesh.
- Open Driving Licence and look for Print Driving Licence or the relevant service on DL.
- Enter the application/DL identifier and DOB requested by that screen.
- Complete official verification.
- Save or print the generated document when the option is enabled.

If the AP DL Is Not Found
Check the AP prefix, RTO code, year, serial digits and DOB. An older AP record or a record affected by the Andhra Pradesh/Telangana database history may need verification by the issuing RTO. Do not choose Telangana simply because the old RTO is now geographically in Telangana; use the authority shown on the licence and ask the department when migration is unclear.
For an issued digital copy, use DigiLocker. For a pending application, use DL Application Status.
Can I download an AP DL using only a mobile number?
No universal official route uses only a mobile number. Keep the DL/application identifier and DOB ready.
Is an AP Transport screenshot a valid DL?
Use an official issued/downloaded or live verifiable record; a manually edited screenshot is not equivalent.
