Permanent DL Route
- Select Maharashtra.
- Open the Driving Licence menu.
- Use Print DL or the relevant service shown.
- Enter the requested record details.
- Save the official output, or fetch it under DigiLocker Issued Documents.

Learner Licence Is Different
Maharashtra's official faceless-LL FAQ states that after passing the LL test, the applicant can download the learner-licence PDF through Sarathi. Use Print Learner Licence (Form 3)—not the permanent-DL print route.
Faceless Does Not Mean Anonymous
An eligible service can use e-KYC and avoid an RTO visit, but identity matching, source record, documents and application stage still control the result. If Aadhaar name/DOB differs from the DL, resolve the mismatch rather than retrying OTPs.
