Assam's official service information says driving-licence applications can use Sewa Setu or Parivahan. For an already-issued digital DL, use DigiLocker; for a Sarathi print option, select Assam.

Get the Correct Output
- Confirm the DL/application is issued or approved.
- Select Assam on Sarathi and check Print Driving Licence.
- Enter the identifier and DOB required by that form.
- If a PDF is not exposed, fetch Driving Licence under DigiLocker Issued Documents.
- Use mParivahan when an in-app Virtual DL is sufficient.
Sewa Setu starts or explains a state service; it is not the same as a public DL-download database. If an old AS record is missing, confirm the issuing DTO and ask about digitisation.
Do I need police verification to download a DL?
Assam's guidance lists verification/documents for licence applications in certain contexts. Merely fetching an already-issued digital record is a different task; follow the exact service screen.
