Select Punjab on Sarathi for Print DL/Services on DL, or fetch the issued record through DigiLocker.
Punjab Transport separately links an Apply for inclusion of your Driving Licence in SARATHI service. Use that route when a valid older Punjab DL is not present in the central system; do not create a new-licence application.
Steps
- Check whether the PB record is retrievable.
- If yes, use the state-enabled Print DL route or DigiLocker.
- If no, verify format/DOB and review the official inclusion route.
- Save any inclusion/application acknowledgement and track it.
An uploaded photo of the card is only a backup. It is not the same as an issuer-fetched DigiLocker DL.
